• Provide remote and on-site technical support for BD Pyxis automated dispensing systems • Respond to, evaluate, and prioritize work orders; diagnose, service, and resolve issues • Execute a preventive maintenance program, provide limited cross-functional support for Sales and Implementation teams • Demonstrate ability to troubleshoot hardware and software problems • Maintain proper and accurate small parts inventory • Provide accurate and timely documentation of field activity and expenses • Continue training and self-development to learn the products and applications for success in the role • Maintain company assets securely and in working order
