Role Description
We are seeking two highly experienced Salesforce Developers to support a critical contract need. The successful candidates must possess a "deep-dive" understanding of:
- Salesforce Profiles (security and permissions)
- Salesforce Workflows (automation and complex logic)
Must have an active and transferable DoD security clearance with current investigation at the required level. Must be able to maintain the required clearance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8+ years of professional experience in Salesforce development or systems architecture.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field. Equivalent professional experience and advanced Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Platform Developer II) may be considered in lieu of a specific degree.
- This is a high-level resource request; candidates must have a proven track record of handling enterprise-level Salesforce instances.
Requirements
- Mastery in at least one of the following core areas:
- Advanced Salesforce Profiles: Expert-level understanding of security models, object-level security, field-level security, and complex permission sets.
- Salesforce Workflows & Automation: Deep experience with workflow rules, process builder, and flow orchestration to streamline complex business logic.
- These are high-level positions. We are looking for "very experienced" resources who require minimal ramp-up time.
- Must be available for an immediate start to meet strict contract timelines.
