• Contribute to the creation of complex financial models; perform scenario analyses of payor reimbursement using patient data and contract terms. • Lead analysis of all current and future payor contract terms. • Perform validation and organize patient information for contract models. • Monitor and analyze variances between negotiated contract payment terms and contract performance; ensure actual reimbursement is consistent with expected payment calculations. • Develop summary presentations, report findings of collection issues, and provide alternative recommendations to senior leadership for future contract terms or methodologies. • Monitor financial performance and gather information to recommend changes to managed healthcare programs. • Train and mentor team members to meet the comprehensive fiscal objectives at St. Jude while complying with policies and procedures. • Perform other duties as assigned to meet the goals and objectives of the department and institution. • Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
