Location - Remote

The AVP New Business Sales focused on Banking & Financial Services (BFS) Clients will be a part of the EXL Operations Global Client Services team.

This role is responsible for cultivating the company’s presence in the market and growing business development opportunities with new clients within the BFS industry with whom the company has not had previous significant contact.


The successful candidate must have specific experience as an individual contributor selling Consulting, Advisory, Analytics & BPO services to large Banking & Financial Services (BFS) organizations which could include banks, fintechs, credit unions amongst others.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in selling Consulting, Advisory, Analytics & BPO services.
  • Specific experience with large Banking & Financial Services organizations.
  • Ability to cultivate market presence and grow business development opportunities.
  • Strong understanding of the BFS industry.
