Brown & Brown is seeking Bswift Implementation Solutions Architect to join our growing team!
The Bswift Implementation Solutions Architect serve as the principal technical lead for moderate to high‑complexity clients, driving end‑to‑end implementation excellence by translating business needs into high‑quality deliverables, maintaining strong client communication, and ensuring timely, accurate project execution. Mentor and support team members to elevate technical expertise, while providing subject‑matter guidance, proactive issue resolution, and a consistently exceptional implementation experience across concurrent projects.
How You Will Contribute:
Serve as the principal technical lead, for moderate complexity clients, driving and owning the progress of implementations against established goals.
Communicate closely with EBTech teams and client contacts throughout the implementation so that all parties understand tasks, deadlines and items
that put timelines at risk if delays occur. Owns accountability for client communication and satisfaction.
Assist with providing clients continuous feedback on implementation status for both new sites and renewals.
Teach team members all aspects of successful software deployment to increase overall team competency and provide opportunities for advancement.
Proficient at root cause analysis and serves as subject matter resource in customer meetings, as needed.
Deliver an exceptional, consistent implementation experience and project quality for concurrent projects.
Maintains working knowledge of health and benefits products, services and tools in order to appropriately configure and test software tools.
Demonstrates strong knowledge of benefits administration software implementation, leveraging expertise and experience to drive EBTech programs.
Works on moderate to high complexity client projects.
Primarily responsible for translating business needs into comprehensive deliverables with exceptional quality standards for the project.
Raise appropriate issues to the project manager and/or leadership to ensure client expectations are met. Understands program goals and targets and
owns ensuring escalations are handled as needed, with appropriate sensitivity to client needs and expectations.
Apply sound judgement to the execution of business processes, protocols and quality standards in the development and deployment of solutions.
Meet regularly with project manager and less senior teammates to ensure projects are on track.
Serves as subject matter resource in client meetings, as needed.
Proficient ability to anticipate and respond to client support questions as assigned and working directly with clients.
Develop a trusted advisor relationship with EBTech teammates and client contacts through efficient, quality execution of projects and effective
Represent EBTech in a professional manner in every interaction with outside parties.
Serve as the supervisor/mentor to teammates, building their technical skills as they grow into increasing roles of responsibility and technical expertise.
Ensure timely and accurate completion of all individual and assigned team tasks.
Continually provide review and feedback to team members.
Pursues a course of personal, professional development.
All other duties as assigned.
Licenses & Certifications:
Licensure in Life and Health Insurance or ability to obtain license within one year of employment.
Skills & Experience to be Successful:
Minimum education required: Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
5-10 years of applicable professional experience, with 4-8 years of software industry experience
Strong understanding of employee benefits programs and implementation requirements
Strong knowledge of benefits administration software implementation, ideally obtained through a service provider or mid to large market reseller
Strong experience implementing projects involving the application of technology to solve human resource needs such as: health and welfare
administration, HR systems integration, HRIS/payroll; prior experience with EBTech delivery platforms preferred
Proven experience in successfully implementing projects with multifaceted, competing priorities and deadlines
Proficient with MS Office Suite
Exceptional/professional presentation skills
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
Ability to travel for work if requested (Less than 5% of the time)
Pay Range
$65k - $80k AnnualThe pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
