Job Description
• Develop and maintain an executive-level communications plan.
• Define key messages, themes, channels, and target audiences for OCI initiatives.
• Oversee the design and delivery of digital, print, and multimedia products.
• Ensure all communications reflect the organization’s values, tone, and visual identity.
• Develop strategies for stakeholder engagement, including town halls, podcasts, and office hours.
• Translate complex technical topics into accessible language.
• Manage a centralized knowledge repository to support stakeholder communication and clinical requirement definition.
Job Requirements
- Advanced Technical Proficiencies: Writing (Mastery of Associated Press (AP) style and narrative storytelling)
- Tools: Expert in MS Office 365, Adobe Creative Cloud, and SharePoint.
- Strategy: Deep understanding of change leadership and organizational communication.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree.
- Experience: 10 years total (8 years in senior communications management).
