Role Description

This role offers an exciting opportunity for a Salesforce expert to design and deliver impactful solutions that help organizations optimize their enterprise systems. As a Salesforce Solution Architect, you will work closely with customers to understand their technical and business requirements, translating them into scalable and efficient Salesforce architectures. You will lead solution design from discovery through implementation, ensuring successful project delivery while managing multiple engagements simultaneously. The position combines strategic thinking with hands-on configuration and development, allowing you to shape technical outcomes while advising stakeholders. Working cross-functionally with product and engineering teams, you will also help align customer needs with evolving platform capabilities. • Lead customer discovery sessions to gather business requirements, technical constraints, and success criteria for Salesforce implementations.
• Design end-to-end Salesforce architectures, including data models, automation workflows, security structures, and custom functionalities.
• Own the full technical lifecycle of customer engagements, from solution scoping and architecture planning to implementation and delivery.
• Provide hands-on Salesforce configuration and development using tools such as Flows, Apex, and Lightning components.
• Serve as the primary technical advisor and consultative partner for customers throughout project execution.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects, balancing timelines, scope, and technical complexity to ensure successful outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with internal product and engineering teams to align customer needs with platform capabilities and future development priorities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in solution architecture, implementation, or technical consulting roles with a strong focus on Salesforce.
• Proven hands-on experience designing and delivering Salesforce-based solutions in customer-facing environments.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, including data modeling, automation, security frameworks, and platform capabilities.
• Experience configuring and developing within Salesforce using tools such as Apex, Lightning components, and Flow.
• Ability to scope projects, estimate technical effort, and manage multiple simultaneous client engagements.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and the ability to translate business challenges into scalable technical solutions.
