The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for answering incoming calls, addressing customer questions, resolving concerns, and fulfilling service requests while adhering to internal policies. Key duties include developing knowledge of internal policies, utilizing automated systems for logging information, and interacting with hospitals, physicians, and beneficiaries.
The primary duties involve assisting clients with planning vacations and organizing travel experiences, which includes researching flights, hotels, cruises, and resorts. Advisors must also book reservations, provide destination recommendations, and manage all related confirmations and itineraries.
The coordinator will work directly with clients to understand their travel needs, research and recommend personalized vacation packages including accommodations and activities, and accurately handle all reservations, modifications, and cancellations. They must also provide expert advice on destinations and deliver outstanding customer service throughout the travel process.
