Role Description
- Develop new products and features, improve existing offerings
- Become an expert in web app development
- Expand development experience across the stack and to other platforms
- Contribute to the product development process: thinking through UX, designing beautiful UI, and working with customers to solve their problems
- Help estimate, plan, and complete projects, features, and integrations
- Champion code quality, new technologies, and architectural design within the company

Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional full-stack web development experience, working from the database to the UI
- Deep understanding of browser JavaScript (including the DOM and platform APIs)
- Belief that AI will revolutionize how we work and the experiences created for customers
- Produces work that is striking, worthy of attention, and a contribution to the state of the art
- Effective across various mediums (especially Slack, Notion, and email)
- Acts with 100% responsibility for their own outcomes as well as the outcomes of the company
- Takes rapid and decisive steps forward, even in the face of uncertainty
- Embraces challenges, welcomes feedback, and believes in growth

- Canada: $128,000-$246,000 CAD

- Brazil: R$562,000-R$806,000 BRL
- Argentina: $103,000-$147,000 USD
