  • Voids
  • Refunds
  • Recurring payments
  • Payouts
  • Callbacks/webhooks

Work closely with engineering on system design decisions:

  • Idempotency
  • Reliability
  • Observability

Translate business and compliance requirements into clear product and technical specifications.

Own the full product lifecycle:

Qualifications

  • At least 4-5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in payments/fintech
  • Proven hands-on experience building payment processing or payment gateway products from scratch (not only integrations or feature ownership - core processing logic is mandatory)
  • Deep understanding of the payment transaction lifecycle: card payments, 3DS, authorization/clearing/settlement, PSP and acquirer integrations, routing, cascading, retries, failover
  • Strong understanding of payment system architecture and how backend systems work
  • Ability to work as a product owner with architectural thinking, not just requirements management
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in complex, regulated environments
  • High ownership mindset: able to independently drive decisions and outcomes
  • Strong analytical, system-thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Clear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • English level B2 or higher, fluent Russian

Benefits

  • An opportunity to make something great even greater, you can be the reason why we grow, develop, and become the best fintech company on the market!
