Role Description
We are looking for an experienced and versatile non-technical Project Manager to join Netflix’s Enterprise Security and Risk Programs team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to both foundational project excellence and strategic program development. This position will be crucial in supporting the team's core Program Management functions while concurrently contributing to its expanding focus on crisis management, risk programming, and governance. This is a full-time, fully remote position offering a comprehensive benefits package. Travel of approximately 15% will be required.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in private sector safety and security or a related field required.
- Experience developing, supporting, or operating incident management, threat management, and crisis management programs within a corporate environment.
- Demonstrated experience in program and project management within complex, cross-functional environments.
- Experience contributing to or building enterprise risk frameworks, risk assessments, or security program structures.
- Strong familiarity with modern program management platforms and how emerging AI capabilities can enhance program execution and operational efficiency.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to produce clear executive-level reports and program documentation.
- Experience supporting business functions, including performance measurement (KPI, OKR development and tracking), execution of QBR/ABRs, budget management, and knowledge management.
- High level of social awareness and emotional intelligence to foster strong, collaborative relationships.
- A self-starter who can transition between strategic planning and hands-on execution.
- Ability to multitask and balance competing deadlines and projects.

- Apply strong project and program management discipline, including planning, prioritization, reporting, and cross-functional coordination.
- Support program budgets, executive reporting, and ongoing program tracking using modern project management platforms and collaboration tools.
- Design strategically while executing operationally, seeing the big picture and understanding business objectives.
- Support the development of the Security & Risk Programs function by establishing and maturing operational frameworks, governance structures, standards, and internal processes.
- Support the team's expansion into advanced programming, including experience with global risk frameworks, assessments, audits, and crisis/security management processes.
- Assist in developing and coordinating security awareness, education, and training initiatives.
- Prepare high-quality written communications and program updates, including weekly executive briefings and periodic security and risk program reports.
