  • Lead demand generation strategies to drive qualified leads, brand awareness, and sales pipeline growth, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Analyze and report performance metrics for demand generation and marketing operations, driving data-informed strategies and optimizations.
  • Oversee growth marketing initiatives across channels, including social media, SEO, search, CTV, display, and more, to improve acquisition and retention.
  • Manage product brand websites, collaborating with Product Marketing to design and update content that supports branding and lead generation.
  • Develop and manage social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and credibility across platforms.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure cohesive messaging and unified product brand representation across all initiatives.
  • Negotiate and manage strategic partnerships, vendor contracts, and marketing technology investments to expand brand visibility and effectiveness.
  • Establish KPIs, leveraging analytics to measure campaign success, optimize ROI, and guide future marketing initiatives.
  • Stay informed on digital marketing trends and technologies, integrating innovative tools and strategies to advance audience engagement and conversions.
  • Manage CRM programs across email, SMS, push notifications, optimizing campaigns to nurture stakeholder relationships.
  • Execute campaigns hands-on, coordinating with internal teams and external resources to ensure impactful outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. An MBA would be a plus.
  • A minimum of 8 years of leadership experience in brand & growth marketing, with a focus on communications, field marketing/sales, demand generation and awareness.
  • Ideal candidate has experience marketing within the healthcare space, specifically with providers, and collaborating with sales teams.
  • Experience developing a comprehensive growth marketing strategy, including paid media budgeting/management, developing communications and launching campaigns end to end.
  • Experience leading the sourcing and deploying of media management platforms and partners, tracking and reporting tools.
  • Experience developing and managing multi-touch, omni-channel integrated experiences via web, Email, SMS, and physical.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategies.
