Job Description
• Provide & prioritize initiatives to drive revenue and volume growth.
• Develop sales/marketing strategies to deliver short-term success.
• Manage processes to ensure marketing of new chemicals.
• Conduct/schedule product specific training with the manufacturer.
• Participate in M&A initiatives and ingredients evaluation.
• Develop trusted partnerships with regional teams to drive growth
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA)
- 5 years minimum in pharma, food or nutraceutical markets
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in establishing strong supplier relationships and account management.
- 5 years of leadership experience in the chemical industry
- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills
- Project Management Certification (PMP) Desired but not required
