Role Description
20four7VA is seeking a skilled Google Ads / PPC Specialist to manage and execute paid advertising campaigns for multiple businesses within the real estate and construction space. This includes:
- Campaign setup, execution, management, and optimization.
- Creative assets and ad copy provided through internal resources or external partners.
- Minimal client-facing communication required.
- Objective: Assist the client in improving business efficiency and enhancing service delivery.
Scope of Services

Paid Advertising Strategy & Execution:
- Set up and manage Google Ads campaigns for construction services and real estate investment leads.
- Structure campaigns, ad groups, keywords, and targeting based on business goals.
- Implement pay-per-click strategies focused on lead generation.
- Configure bidding strategies and budgets efficiently.
- Launch and manage campaigns while adhering to platform best practices.

Campaign Optimization & Performance Management:
- Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize for cost, quality, and conversions.
- Conduct A/B testing on ads, keywords, and targeting.
- Adjust bids, budgets, and targeting to improve ROI.
- Manage negative keywords and quality scores.
- Understand and work within Google’s learning and optimization periods.

Conversion Tracking & Funnel Support:
- Set up and verify conversion tracking.
- Ensure leads are routed correctly to landing pages or websites.
- Support basic landing page alignment and recommendations when needed.
- Coordinate with website or asset creators to ensure proper ad formatting and compliance.

Reporting & Analysis:
- Track and report on key metrics such as cost per lead, click-through rate, conversion rate, and spend vs performance.
- Provide clear insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Communicate results in a straightforward, non-technical way.
Skills
- Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
- Strong understanding of PPC, bidding strategies, and lead generation funnels.
- Experience with real estate, construction, or service-based advertising preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage campaigns with minimal supervision.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working behind the scenes with limited direct client interaction.
Preferred Experience
- Real estate wholesaling or investor lead generation campaigns.
- Local service business advertising.
- Campaign scaling and budget optimization.
- Familiarity with distressed property and motivated seller lead targeting.
Tools & Platforms
- Google Ads
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- Google Tag Manager (preferred)
- Landing page platforms or websites (client-provided)
- Internal documentation and reporting tools
Work Schedule
- Contracted Hours per Week: 10-20 Hours (flexible based on workload).
- Scheduled Working Days: Monday through Friday.
- Daily Working Time: TBD EST.
Terms of Engagement
- Contractors will operate under a Master Services Agreement and a Statement of Work.
- This is not an offer of employment; contractors are not employees of 20four7VA or any client.
- All compensation is processed through 20four7VA according to the terms of the engagement.
