Role Description

As our Senior Director of Paid Social Growth, you will own and scale one of the most critical growth engines in the company. You will manage a multi-million-dollar global paid social budget across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms. Your work will drive efficient acquisition, expand long-term LTV, accelerate creative innovation, and unlock new areas of growth.

You will shape the channel’s long-term roadmap, architect our experimentation engine, and partner with senior leadership to guide investment strategy and uncover the next horizon of global performance. This is a rare opportunity for a world-class leader to influence creative, analytics, strategy, and company-wide planning.

If you are a strategic, analytically sharp, creatively driven growth leader who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-oriented environment, we would love to meet you.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 10 to 15+ years of performance marketing experience with deep expertise in paid social across major platforms.
  • Proven track record of managing large budgets and delivering against growth, CAC, and LTV goals.
  • Experience building, leading, and mentoring high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional collaboration skills, especially with Creative, Finance, Product, and Data Science.
  • Fluency with marketing analytics, incrementality testing, MMM, attribution, and experimentation frameworks.
  • Experience in DTC, emerging markets, or subscription models is a strong plus.
  • Passion for mental health and expanding access to care.

Requirements

  • Own end-to-end paid social growth strategy and execution across global markets.
  • Develop a full-funnel approach that balances CAC efficiency, incremental reach, and brand lift.
  • Define and continuously evolve the channel roadmap, long-term forecasting, and marginal return investment strategy.
  • Evaluate and scale new platforms, formats, and technologies to keep us at the forefront of paid social performance.
  • Co-own creative strategy for paid social, partnering with Brand and Creative to shape briefs, concepts, and storytelling frameworks.
  • Build a high-velocity creative iteration engine that uses data to fuel insights, hypotheses, and rapid experimentation.
  • Lead the creation of a Paid Social Creative Lab that drives systematic testing across formats, hooks, narratives, and audiences.
  • Translate insights into actionable creative direction that elevates both performance and brand.
  • Architect our paid social experimentation engine, including audience, creative, and format testing frameworks.
  • Partner with Data Science and Analytics to advance incrementality testing, MMM, and attribution methodologies.
  • Establish learning agendas that scale institutional knowledge across markets and teams.
  • Drive a culture of scientific rigor that uses data to answer the right questions, not just optimize metrics.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of paid social experts.
  • Create scalable workflows, best practices, and operational excellence across planning, execution, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to localize strategies while maintaining global consistency.
  • Partner directly with senior leadership to set growth targets, inform planning cycles, and unlock new strategic opportunities.
  • Own a large-scale paid social budget with responsibility for CAC, LTV, ROI, and payback windows.
  • Partner with VP, Growth Marketing, Finance and Accounting on pacing, forecasting, invoicing, and audits.
  • Provide transparent, data-backed investment recommendations across planning cycles.

Benefits

  • Remote work with regular in-person bonding experiences sponsored by the company.
  • Competitive compensation.
  • Holistic perks program (including free therapy, employee wellness, and more).
  • Excellent health, dental, and vision coverage.
  • 401k benefits with employer matching contribution.
  • The chance to build something that changes lives – and that people love.
  • Any piece of hardware or software that will make you happy and productive.
  • An awesome community of co-workers.
