  • Lead end-to-end delivery and release execution across Redpanda’s product portfolio, ensuring consistent, high-quality, and predictable releases
  • Manage program plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and trade-offs across multiple engineering teams and workstreams
  • Partner closely with Product Management, Engineering and GTM leadership to translate product strategy and technical direction into executable plans
  • Drive cross-functional coordination across Engineering, Product, QE, Security, Customer Success, Support, and GTM to ensure delivery and release readiness
  • Proactively identify and resolve execution risks, technical dependencies, and delivery blockers in a highly distributed systems environment
  • Maintain clear program and release visibility to stakeholders
  • Own and continuously improve release processes and operational best practices as Redpanda’s platform and organization scale
  • Support customer-facing commitments and launches, aligning delivery timelines with business and GTM priorities
  • Lead retrospectives and drive continuous improvement in program management, release execution, and cross-team collaboration

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing large, multi-team programs spanning multiple layers of infrastructure
  • Demonstrated ownership of release management or large-scale delivery processes across multiple products or teams
  • Ability to align diverse stakeholders, manage ambiguity, and drive execution in fast-moving, high-growth environments
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • An ability to empathize with your fellow employees, designing and negotiating policies and procedures that enable needed business outcomes while minimizing friction and overhead
  • Comfortable working in a 100% distributed / remote environment

Requirements

  • Background in security, policy, and governance systems relevant to enterprise data or AI usage (Nice to Have)
  • Prior experience scaling release processes in fast-growing or multi-product organizations (Nice to Have)
