We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Master Black Belt (MBB) to lead enterprise-wide transformational initiatives. This role is pivotal in driving strategic process improvements, mentoring Lean Six Sigma talent, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will be driven by their curiosity to understand problems deeply and motivated by the benefits they can deliver for customers and employees.

Project Management and Execution:
- Lead high-impact Lean Six Sigma projects aligned with strategic business goals.
- Analyze complex data sets to identify root cause and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to design and implement scalable solutions.
- Integrate digital tools and analytics into process improvement strategies.
- Facilitate workshops, Kaizen events, and training sessions.
- Influence change management and stakeholder engagement strategies.

Leadership and Mentoring:
- Provide guidance and mentorship to Black Belts and Green Belts.
- Lead by example, demonstrating best practices in Lean Six Sigma methodologies.

Training and Development:
- Develop and deliver training programs for Six Sigma certification.
- Conduct workshops and seminars to promote continuous improvement culture.

Data Analysis and Problem Solving:
- Utilize statistical tools and techniques to analyze data and identify root causes of issues.
- Understanding/Experience with fundamentals of programming and data structures.
- Implement data-driven solutions to improve processes and reduce variability.

Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and support for initiatives.
Qualifications
- Certified Black Belt with extensive experience in Lean Six Sigma.
- 5+ years of experience and proven track record of leading successful process improvement projects that deliver verified results.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and change management skills.
- Ability to mentor and train others in Six Sigma methodologies.
Requirements
- Experience in Insurance, Finance, related fields.
- Advanced degree in STEM, Business, or related field.
- Master Black Belt Certification.

- $100,000 - $150,000 a year. Protective’s targeted salary range for this position is $100,000 to $150,000.
- This position also offers additional incentive opportunities through an annual incentive based on individual and Company performance.
