Role Description

The Contact Center Opener Representative's responsibility is to support the team in all administrative tasks required to successfully meet all sales and development efforts. The Contact Center Representative will support all business development initiatives from initial lead generation to sales close with the goal of achieving all company objectives. The ideal candidate is results oriented, mission driven and thrives in a rapidly evolving environment.

Qualifications

  • High school education required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Combination of relevant work experience and education may be considered as an alternative to a degree.
  • Experience in business-to-business sales support with a proven track record in sales support and lead generation.
  • Experience in the behavioral health/substance abuse field is preferred.
  • Must be able to work and communicate well with people.
  • Adaptable and able to accept changes quickly and easily.
  • Willingness to address conflict appropriately.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Motivation, perseverance, and determination are must haves.
  • Proficient in time management and personal organization.
  • Attention to detail, follow-through, and accountability.
  • Aptitude for research and analysis.
  • Basic computer skills required; knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and web-based products is a bonus.

  • Routine mobility to include standing, stooping, bending, lifting, walking, and running.
  • Regularly required to sit and work at a phone/computer workstation.
  • Ability to lift up to 30lbs.
  • High moral and ethical values.

  • Articulate, with interpersonal skills to work as an integral part of a team.
  • Must possess appropriate references.
  • Appropriate interpersonal/personal boundaries.
