Role Description
Ansible Government Solutions, LLC (Ansible) is seeking an experienced Change Management Specialist to support the VHA Veteran Family Member Program (VFMP) Modernization initiative. In this role, you will lead stakeholder engagement, communication, and adoption strategies to support program transformation efforts. The Change Management Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring organizational readiness, partnering closely with VA stakeholders to proactively address change impacts within a complex federal healthcare environment.
- Design and execute comprehensive internal and external change management plans.
- Develop stakeholder assessments, communication materials, and readiness evaluations.
- Collaborate with VA program leads to ensure that change impacts are understood early and addressed proactively.
- Facilitate workshops, briefings, and transition support activities.
- Track adoption metrics and provide targeted recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and Prosci (or equivalent) certification.
- 6+ years in change management and adoption strategy.
- Ability to work without sponsorship in the US indefinitely.

- All candidates must be able to:
- Sit, stand, walk, lift, squat, bend, twist, and reach above shoulders during the work shift.
- Lift up to 50 lbs from floor to waist.
- Lift up to 20 lbs.
- Carry up to 40 lbs a reasonable distance.
- Push/pull with 30 lbs of force.
