Role Description

As a Verint Reports Engineer, you will support the development and deployment of custom Verint and Five9 VO reporting solutions for our clients. You will work under the guidance of senior engineers to collect requirements, build and test SQL-based reports, and ensure successful implementation in production environments.

• Assist in gathering and refining reporting requirements from stakeholders.
• Develop, test, and maintain custom SQL report scripts based on Verint WFO data.
• Develop, test, and maintain custom SQL report scripts based on Five9 VO data.
• Collaborate with Sales, PS, and Support teams on report design and delivery.
• Participate in maintaining a reusable library of custom reports and templates.
• Troubleshoot and debug scripts with support from senior team members.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of development experience.
• Solid understanding of Verint WFO / Five9 VO products and data structure.
• Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with query tuning.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work independently while accepting guidance.
