• Manage charge capture team and support unit • Communicate missing or incomplete clinical documentation and charge entry errors • Deliver direction to documentation of policies and procedures regarding charge capture • Conduct meetings to evaluate department charge processes • Coordinate with administration and technology projects impacting charge entry • Provide data for management and support of critical decisions • Supervise meetings for educating clinical revenue generating staff regarding compliance and coding • Synchronize CDM data monthly and provide ad-hoc reports
