Job Description
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (required)
- SHRM certification (preferred)
- 3+ years of HR experience, ideally supporting multiple locations or states
- California HR experience (strongly preferred)
- Willingness to travel up to 40% across Arizona and California
- Strong communication, coaching, and relationship‑building skills
- Experience with employee relations, recruiting, training, and HR programs
- Working knowledge of state & federal employment laws (multi‑state preferred)
- Experience in senior living, healthcare, or regulated care settings (highly preferred)
- HRIS experience, especially Workday (preferred)
