Role Description
We are seeking a Senior Program Manager with deep expertise in banking and payments to lead complex programs and transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate has experience in top-tier banks or payments companies and a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects across business, technology, and operations.
- Lead and manage end-to-end banking and payments programs, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
- Collaborate with product, IT, operations, and business teams to deliver initiatives on time and within budget
- Drive process improvements, system implementations, and digital transformation programs
- Manage risks, dependencies, and regulatory compliance across programs
- Provide executive reporting, stakeholder communication, and strategic guidance
Qualifications
- 8–15 years of experience in program or project management in banking or payments
- Strong knowledge of payment systems, clearing, settlement, reconciliation, and regulatory frameworks
- Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and large-scale programs
- Excellent strategic planning, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
Requirements
- Experience with digital payment platforms, fintech solutions, or real-time payments
- Familiarity with SWIFT, ISO 20022, RTGS, ACH, or card networks
- Prior experience in consulting or transformation programs
