Nelson Mullins is looking to add a Junior Intellectual Property Associate to its Intellectual Property Litigation, Trademarks and Patent Team. As an AmLaw100 firm, this will offer a unique opportunity to a lateral associate who wants to be part of a growing team. The ideal candidate is located in North or South Carolina, but this search is open to any Nelson Mullins office location.

Qualifications
- One to two years of meaningful experience in patent preparation and prosecution.
- Willingness to assist in trademark and/or licensing matters.
- Degree in mechanical engineering or chemical engineering.
- Admitted in good standing to a state Bar where Nelson Mullins has an office (preference to NC and/or SC).
- Admitted to the USPTO as a registered patent attorney.
Requirements
- Transparent and fair compensation practices.
- Pay determined by factors such as experience, skills, and location.
- Eligibility for performance bonuses and benefits such as healthcare, retirement plans, and paid time off.
- Salary/wage range: $200,000 - $215,000 annually.
