- Manage and organize office communications and correspondence
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings
- Maintain and update filing systems and databases
- Prepare and distribute reports and presentations
- Support the accounting team with administrative tasks

- Assist in the preparation of invoices and financial documents
- Perform data entry and ensure accuracy of information
Qualifications
