Role Description

AKIRA is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our Administrative team in Colorado Spring. This full time, remote position provides an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in the accounting industry.

As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our team by managing day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our office. Your efforts will help streamline processes and facilitate communication within the department, allowing us to better serve our clients and achieve our organizational goals.

We offer a competitive salary range of $2,500 - $4,000 weekly, along with a supportive work environment that encourages professional development and growth.

  • Manage and organize office communications and correspondence
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings
  • Maintain and update filing systems and databases
  • Prepare and distribute reports and presentations
  • Support the accounting team with administrative tasks
  • Respond to inquiries and provide excellent customer service
  • Assist in the preparation of invoices and financial documents
  • Perform data entry and ensure accuracy of information

Qualifications
