Job Description

This is a remote position.

The Email/Chat Support Representative assists customers by responding to inquiries through email and live chat channels. This role supports the customer service team by providing product information, order updates, and general assistance.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and live chat

  • Provide information about products, orders, and services

  • Document customer interactions in internal systems

  • Assist customers with order updates and basic troubleshooting

  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments

  • Maintain accurate records of customer communications



Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Strong written communication skills

  • Customer service experience preferred

  • Ability to manage multiple conversations and tasks
