POSITION SUMMARY

  • Lead the radiology practice and collaborate with physicians and business development for strategic growth. 
  • Oversee radiologist scheduling, new hires, licensing, credentialing, and resolve any scheduling issues. 
  • Manage and implement quality programs, ensure billing compliance, and monitor practice metrics. 
  • Maintain client relationships, communicate practice performance, and support a team-oriented environment. 
  • Develop and adhere to budgets, coordinate with IT for system support, and facilitate internal meetings. 

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; MHA or MBA is a plus. 
  • 5+ years in management, healthcare administration, or radiology; private practice experience preferred. 
  • Experience in accounting, finance, and Excel modeling with multiple variables. 
  • Proven track record of working closely with physicians and customer relationship management. 
  • Strong leadership, detail orientation, process design, and communication skills. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

COMPENSATION:

The salary range for this position is $115,000.00- $130,000.00. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to this range, Radiology Partners offers competitive total rewards packages, which include health & wellness coverage options, 401k benefits, and a broad range of other benefits such as family planning and telehealth (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
