POSITION SUMMARY

• Lead the radiology practice and collaborate with physicians and business development for strategic growth. 
• Oversee radiologist scheduling, new hires, licensing, credentialing, and resolve any scheduling issues. 
• Manage and implement quality programs, ensure billing compliance, and monitor practice metrics. 
• Maintain client relationships, communicate practice performance, and support a team-oriented environment. 
• Develop and adhere to budgets, coordinate with IT for system support, and facilitate internal meetings. 

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; MHA or MBA is a plus. 
• 5+ years in management, healthcare administration, or radiology; private practice experience preferred. 
• Experience in accounting, finance, and Excel modeling with multiple variables. 
• Proven track record of working closely with physicians and customer relationship management. 
• Strong leadership, detail orientation, process design, and communication skills. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

COMPENSATION:

The salary range for this position is $115,000.00- $130,000.00. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
