- Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, hotels, cruises, transportation, and vacation packages
- Organize travel logistics and ensure all reservation details are accurate and complete

- Confirm bookings with travel suppliers and maintain accurate travel records
- Assist clients with itinerary coordination and travel documentation details
