Role Description
Starface is looking for a highly organized Senior Associate of New Product Development to support the execution of our new product launch process from kickoff through launch.
- Partner closely with Product Development, Marketing, Creative, Operations, Finance, Quality, Regulatory, Retail, E-Comm, and external suppliers.
- Ensure new products are delivered on time, on budget, and in alignment with brand, customer expectations, and quality standards.
- Build and maintain timelines, coordinate cross-functional activities, track testing and costs, and keep stakeholders informed throughout the launch process.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in project management and/or new product development within the beauty, skincare, and/or cosmetics industry.
- Experience supporting end-to-end project timelines and working with cross-functional partners.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple timelines and deliverables simultaneously.
- Clear communicator who enjoys collaborating across teams and with external partners.
- Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments and eager to grow project management skill set.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Supply Chain, or a related field (extra points if you have this).
- Familiarity with beauty industry testing, regulatory, or compliance processes.
- Experience using project management tools (Asana preferred).
- Exposure to supplier coordination, cost tracking, or launch reporting.
