Job Description

• Define and evangelize the 3-year vision and multi-year roadmap for the TrustRadius marketplace, vendor tools, and intent data offerings.• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of Product Managers, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making, customer empathy, and rapid experimentation.• Lead the evolution of the TrustRadius review site to ensure it remains the most trusted source for B2B buyer intelligence, optimizing for both user engagement and SEO/GEO visibility.• Drive the strategy for the Vendor Portal, transforming it into a mission-critical "command center" where vendors manage their brand, access intent data, and convert leads.• Drive key business outcomes, including revenue growth from lead offerings, vendor portal ARR, and overall business metrics.• Stay ahead of industry shifts in AI-driven search, B2B buying behavior, and the competitive landscape of software review platforms.• Partner deeply with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure growth and high retention.

Job Requirements

  • 10-15 years of product management experience, with at least 3-5 years direct experience in the software review space (e.g., G2, Gartner).
  • Proven track record in SaaS, B2B marketplaces, intent data, or lead generation businesses. Experience optimizing content and site experience for maximum visibility in SEO and GEO is a strong plus. Experience working with demand agencies and/or products used by customer marketers, product marketers, and demand generation is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to turn complex market problems into clear, actionable product strategies that drive revenue.
  • Deep experience using data to validate hypotheses, measure product-market fit, and optimize conversion funnels.
  • Exceptional ability to influence cross-functional teams and align diverse stakeholders around a common vision.
  • Comfort working with complex data structures, APIs, and integrations that power intent data and marketplace ecosystems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
