• Guidehouse has an exciting opportunity for a Salesforce Quality Assurance Consultant in a rapidly growing practice. • In this role, you will serve as a key contributor responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and successful delivery of Salesforce solutions. • You will work closely with developers, administrators, and project managers to design and execute test strategies, document defects, validate fixes, and support continuous improvement of project quality. • You will guide internal and external teams through testing efforts across system, integration, functional, regression, and end‑to‑end testing activities using an adaptive‑agile methodology. • You will be instrumental in reviewing requirements, creating test plans, participating in sprint ceremonies, and ensuring that all Salesforce functionality—customized or declarative—meets defined acceptance criteria and organizational standards. • This role is also critical in identifying risks early, collaborating with technical teams to triage issues, and ensuring quality assurance is embedded throughout the delivery lifecycle.
