Job Description
• Drive successful engagement at critical phases such as renewals, exclusivity negotiations, and strategic initiatives.
• Manage and develop three direct reports.
• Lead the Top Restaurant Partnerships exclusive and marketplace retention strategy.
• Develop and implement competitive strategies.
• Partner closely with various teams including Account Management, Strategic Finance, and Legal.
Job Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in restaurant partnerships, business development, or enterprise account management.
- Proven track record of structuring and closing high-value deals
- Experience managing and developing a team of high performers
- Experience working across multiple teams to drive business outcomes
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Creative problem-solving skills
