• Own and operationalize compliance for Launch Potato’s credit card and banking products by interpreting regulatory and partner requirements, guiding cross-functional teams, and proactively mitigating risk while enabling business growth. • Identify and resolve compliance risks internally before they are surfaced by partners, reducing external escalations and audit findings. • Serve as the primary compliance contact for credit card and banking partners, ensuring audits, reviews, and inquiries are handled efficiently and with minimal friction. • Translate FTC, CFPB, UDAAP, and partner-specific guidance into clear, actionable direction for Content, Paid Acquisition, and Account teams. • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve compliance documentation, SOPs, and internal playbooks to create scalable and consistent review standards. • Provide clear timelines, urgency, and remediation guidance to ensure compliance-driven updates are implemented accurately and on schedule. • Build and deliver compliance training that increases internal understanding of risk, escalation protocols, and partner expectations.
