Job Description

Act as a liaison between Omega and Client to ensure Client productivity goals are met, facilitate process issues that arise, be the point-of-contact for field employee questions related to systems, processes and/or trauma data, and escalate any quality or productivity issues to Omega. The Trauma Data Lead must maintain his/her productivity and quality standards in accordance with Client expectations, or as defined by Service Level Agreement (SLA).
