Balance Group is a multidisciplinary team based in Warsaw, uniting professionals in legal services, financial strategy, IT development, data analytics, UX/UI design, and creative operations.

We are looking for a Senior International Lawyer to serve as the deputy to our Head.

Requirements:

  • overall legal practice 6+ years, degree in Law;

  • experience in IT company or сonsulting companies through the life cycle of business operations, including commercial, compliance, and intellectual property matters;

  • advanced knowledge of English (including legal drafting);

  • excellent knowledge of international commercial, civil, corporate, intellectual property, and labor law;

  • experience in cooperation with foreign legal consultants, managing the corporate transactions within international markets;

  • experience in registration and legal support of legal entities;

  • understanding of GDPR and other data protection regulations;Team management experience.

Preferred skills:

  • understanding of online marketing and the specifics of the work of marketing product companies.

Responsibilities:

  • drafting and revising commercial contracts, internal policies and other legal documents (corporate, labour, etc.), update of template legal documents;

  • research and analysis of potential legal risks;

  • legal consulting;

  • supporting day-to-day legal activities and operations of several projects, including paperwork;

  • regular monitoring of changes in the current legislation (including risks` description and suggestions providing for their mitigation);

  • legal support of operations with corporate rights, including non-residents, offshore and Joint-Stock companies, representing the owners` interests in corporate conflicts;

  • legal due diligence, major IP rights;

  • preparation of legal opinions and presentations on various project support issues;
