Job Description
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering including power systems and power electronics subjects with proven professional experience and technical expertise in the field of power system engineering.
- Minimum 6 years’ experience of network or transient studies for conventional electric-energy generation / FACTS / renewable energy / inverter-based power systems.
- Knowledge of the North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) and Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) compliance requirements and/or ISOs' interconnection or transmission planning guidelines.
- Familiarity with NERC standards such as TPL, MOD, and PRC.
- Able and willing to travel 20% including international and comply with GE travel guidelines.
