Job Description
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in change management, program management, or organizational effectiveness
- Change management certification required (Prosci/ADKAR, CCMP, or equivalent)
- Proven track record of leading change on large-scale system implementations or process transformation initiatives
- Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
- Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Smartsheet)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across organizational boundaries
- Experience designing and delivering scalable end-user training programs
