Job Description
The Work:
The Payments Consultant will support federal e‑commerce storefronts and payment initiatives by combining strong payment operations knowledge with solid project management skills. In this role, you’ll help shape business requirements, partner with technical teams working in Agile environments, and guide clients through implementing and improving their payment workflows.

You’ll translate complex concepts into clear, practical recommendations that enhance performance, strengthen compliance, and improve the overall user experience for federal stakeholders.
Here's what you need:
- Bachelor’s degree + 2 years relevant experience OR 4 years relevant experience in lieu of degree
- Project Management experience
- Adept at Business Requirements Gathering
- Business Process Documentation expertise

Bonus points if you have:
- Payments & Cards Regulatory and Compliance experience
- Experience working with payment processors, networks, card brands, banks, or other financial institutions
- Technical architecture design experience
- Experience working on fraud mitigation processes or applications
