Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related
- 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting software development or modernization initiatives
- Demonstrated experience with requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation in complex multi-system environments
- Proficiency in Jira and Confluence, including backlog management, documentation, and SDLC traceability
- Experience supporting Agile delivery teams and collaborating with cross-functional roles including Designers, Developers, DevOps and Testers
- Strong analytical, communication, and facilitation skills, with the ability to translate between business and technical stakeholders
- Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and a genuine desire to drive outcomes and improve delivery efficiency.
