What You’ll Be Doing:
Editorial Strategy & Vision:
Define and implement the editorial strategy for PowerElectronicsNews.com, ensuring alignment with industry developments and audience interests.
Oversee the production of high-quality content, including news articles, technical features, opinion pieces, and multimedia formats.
Ensure all content adheres to the highest standards of accuracy, relevance, and technical depth.
Content Development & Innovation:
Identify emerging trends, technologies, and challenges in power electronics to create timely and impactful content.
Collaborate with industry experts, contributors, and thought leaders to deliver authoritative insights.
Experiment with new content formats, such as videos, podcasts, and interactive tools, to enhance user engagement.
Team Leadership:
Manage and mentor a team of writers, editors, and freelancers, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration.
Assign editorial projects, monitor progress, and ensure deadlines are met without compromising quality.
Provide constructive feedback and support professional growth for team members.
Audience Engagement & Growth:
Analyze audience metrics and feedback to refine content strategies and improve user experience.
Work with marketing and social media teams to promote content and expand the platform’s reach.
Build relationships with industry stakeholders, including manufacturers, researchers, and trade organizations, to strengthen the publication’s network.
Business Collaboration:
Contribute to the development of new revenue streams, such as premium content or subscription models.
Support the creation of industry events, webinars, and conferences to further engage the audience.

Work Arrangement:
Fully Remote: Must be able to travel to an Arrow office location as requested by Arrow leadership.
Experience/Education:
Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a 4 year degree; or 6 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent experience.
