Role Description

Ezderm is seeking a Product Manager for Patient Engagement to join our team. Reporting to the VP of Product, you will be responsible for leading the future of our patient-facing solutions, focusing on how we build integrated engagement tools and identifying the strategic investments we should make next. You’ll work with our clients, end-users, and cross-functional teams across the organization to gather the insights needed to build innovative software, manage complex telecommunications compliance, and help grow Ezderm’s footprint in the dermatology industry.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy & Discovery: Lead market discovery, build customer advisory groups, and define the roadmap for messaging, scheduling, and portal solutions.
  • UX & Quality Stewardship: Act as the final authority on UX approval and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure a seamless, high-end patient journey.
  • Global Collaboration: Work closely with our engineering teams in Europe and market-facing teams in North America to ensure features are deeply integrated and market-ready.
  • Beta & Pilot Management: Lead and oversee beta programs and pilot phases, gathering direct feedback from early adopters to ensure the product is refined and ready for wide-scale release.
  • KPI Management: Create, track, and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure product health, adoption rates, and the impact of engagement features on operational efficiency.
  • Go-To-Market & Enablement: Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Training teams to develop value propositions, competitive positioning, and the toolkits needed to successfully launch products and drive adoption.
  • Compliance & Partner Management: Manage the regulatory landscape (TCPA, CAN-SPAM, 10DLC) and maintain relationships with communication infrastructure partners.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of Product Management experience in HealthTech or similar software environments.
  • Proven ability to manage product delivery and ensure compliance with industry and federal regulations (such as HIPAA or telecommunications standards) through proactive research and application.
  • Strong ability to lead discovery and validation efforts, turning complex ideas into clear requirements and successful go-to-market strategies.
  • Ability to translate technical or regulatory requirements into simple, value-driven language for both internal stakeholders and clinical customers.
  • Understanding of the patient journey and the importance of digital engagement in modern healthcare.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong critical thinking, prioritization, and organizational skills; ability to integrate clinical and technical knowledge.

Requirements

  • Position requires occasional travel by car and/or plane. Otherwise, normal office working conditions remotely.
  • Expected working hours during normal business hours of approximately 8:00am - 5:00pm EST Monday through Friday, subject to change at your Manager’s discretion.
  • Travel up to 10% domestically which requires a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
  • Bending, sitting, and standing for long periods of time. May require lifting objects weighing up to 20 lbs. as needed. Driving required occasionally.
  • Driving a car and standing for long periods of time.

Additional Eligibility Qualifications

  • Acceptable background and reference check.
  • Compliance with I-9 employment eligibility requirements.
