Role Description

The people who worked for AirBnB, Uber, and Amazon for pennies in the early days? Many are now Directors and C-level shareholders worth millions. We're not promising you'll become a millionaire. But we're not saying you won't either.

Parcero means "partner" in Colombian Spanish. We're building integrated digital systems that skyrocket businesses: AI Automation + Smart Integrations + UX/CRO. We also build our own top-secret products.

• Design in the browser with no-code tools like Lovable, Framer, Webflow, etc.
• Create scalable design systems, visual languages, and modern, intuitive user experiences for client projects and our own products.
• Design high-converting interfaces for eCommerce, SaaS, marketplaces, MVPs, mobile apps, and anything in between.
• Own the full design lifecycle: research → wireframes → high-fidelity → handoff → testing → iteration.

Qualifications

• You're a no-code expert who designs in the browser with Lovable, Framer, Webflow, etc.
• You ship fast without micromanagement.
• You don't need things explained 2-3 times.
• You figure things out.
• You see opportunity where others see risk.
• You treat every design like it's your own company.

Requirements

• Nice-to-have: Full stack development skills.
• Strong Figma game, component libraries, design systems.
• AI-driven design tools experience.
• Marketplace or SaaS experience.
• Not for you if: You need a guaranteed paycheck.
• You want stability over potential.
• You need hand-holding and detailed instructions.
• You're looking for quick bucks.
