Role Description
Endear is hiring a Head of Product to lead vision, strategy, and execution across our product organization during a pivotal phase of growth. This role owns the product function end-to-end, from discovery and roadmap strategy to delivery and measurable business impact.
- Translate company goals into clear product outcomes.
- Build momentum around a compelling product vision.
- Ensure we ship high-quality, high-impact features that drive adoption and revenue.
- Mentor and develop our Product team.
- Partner closely with Design and Engineering.
- Shape how we incorporate AI and customer feedback into our evolving roadmap.
What You’ll Accomplish
In your first 6 months, you’ll…
- Establish clear product goals aligned with company objectives.
- Develop and align the team around a cohesive product vision.
- Assess how the team is currently working and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
- Improve product processes to increase clarity, speed, and accountability.
- Create a consistent framework for incorporating customer feedback into roadmap decisions.
- Assist in evolving our product, design & engineering processes for an AI-native world.
In your first year, you’ll…
- Deliver roadmap initiatives that measurably improve adoption and revenue.
- Build and mentor a high-performing product team grounded in ownership and psychological safety.
- Establish scalable planning and execution systems that support continued growth.
- Shape a clear and differentiated AI product strategy.

- Leading product strategy and roadmap development for B2B SaaS platforms.
- Translating company goals into clear product priorities, metrics, and outcomes.
- Partnering closely with design and engineering to ship meaningful product improvements.
- Building and improving product development processes in fast-moving teams.
- Driving product decisions through customer research, usage data, and market insight.
- Incorporating emerging technologies, including AI, into product thinking and roadmap planning.
- Operating in early-stage or growth-stage startups where priorities evolve quickly.
- Developing and mentoring Product Managers while maintaining strong product execution.
