Role Description
Our client is seeking a Senior Account Manager (SAM) to drive account expansion within existing large mid-market and enterprise clients. This role focuses on account mining rather than new logo acquisition. The SAM will expand our client's footprint across enterprise clients by:
- Identifying new buying centers
- Expanding Databricks-led data initiatives
- Attaching managed services and recurring revenue
- Introducing adjacent offerings (AI, Data Governance, DevOps, DataOps)
Qualifications
- 5–8 years in enterprise services sales
- Experience in mid-size consulting / services firms ($50M–$500M revenue)
- Proven success expanding existing accounts beyond $1M+
- Strong experience in Data / Cloud / AI / Analytics services
Requirements
- Manage top 10–20 strategic accounts
- Build deep relationships with CIO, CDO, VP Data, and Platform leaders
- Identify whitespace across business units
- Expand accounts through:
- Databricks platform expansion
- Data engineering programs
- AI / Agent solutions

- Develop structured plans including:
- Stakeholder maps
