Role Description
We are an award-winning B2B creative video agency specializing in medtech and pharma, seeking an experienced Motion Graphics Artist to collaborate with our team on clinician-focused and patient-centered video content. This is a freelance/contract role for an artist with strong experience creating motion graphics within corporate brand systems. The ideal candidate will be someone who can elevate design while still respecting strict brand guidelines.
Qualifications
- 5–15 years of professional motion graphics experience, primarily working with corporate or B2B clients
- Strong design foundation, particularly in typography, layout, and information hierarchy
- Skilled at data visualization and infographic animation, translating complex information into clear, engaging visuals
- Understanding of how to work within strict brand guidelines while creating visually compelling and unique designs
- Comfortable collaborating with producers, editors, and clients to refine ideas
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in thoughtful design decisions
- Efficient communicator, able to articulate creative reasoning and respond thoughtfully to feedback
- Organized and dependable, able to manage deadlines and deliver polished work on schedule
- Intrinsically motivated and comfortable working remotely with a distributed creative team
Requirements
- Strong motion design and animation skills with a portfolio demonstrating corporate client work
- Expertise in Adobe After Effects
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Exceptional typography and layout sensibilities
- Experience creating data visualization and infographic-driven animation
- Experience working within corporate brand guidelines
- Ability to take creative direction and iterate efficiently
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience working with editors and video production teams
