As a Remote Customer Service Benefits Coordinator , you will assist individuals and families nationwide who have requested information, guiding them through available coverage options and providing professional support throughout the enrollment process. No prior industry experience is required—success in this role comes from strong communication, a service-oriented mindset, and a willingness to learn. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients via Zoom.
• Help individuals and families understand available coverage options.
• Guide clients through the onboarding and enrollment process.
• Maintain accurate digital records and follow-up communication.
• Deliver excellent customer service to build long-term client relationships.
• Participate in training sessions, development programs, and team meetings.
