• Define and execute enterprise architecture strategies aligned with business goals • Lead technical assessments and solution design workshops, evaluating current-state architectures and identifying opportunities for modernization, simplification, and innovation • Advise CIO, CTO and business leaders on technology modernization, regulatory compliance and emerging technology • Architect end-to-end insurance solutions including policy administration systems (PAS), claims, underwriting, and customer experience platforms • Ensure robust integration of platforms such as Vertafore, Insurity and other core insurance suites with cloud native and digital front-end ecosystems • Provide architecture governance across programs, supporting scalability, security and data integrity. • Partner with cross-functional teams including infrastructure, cyber, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and delivery of projects • Provide strategic oversight and guidance to project teams to ensure the delivery of secure, scalable, and resilient technology solutions aligned with business objectives • Mentor and develop technical talent, fostering a culture of excellence, continuous learning, and innovation within the team • Support change management and enablement efforts, translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance for business and technology stakeholders
