Job Description

• Contribute to the design and evolution of Ossium’s sales and market access strategy by piloting field engagement approaches and incorporating feedback from transplant centers and payer stakeholders • Execute regional market access plans aligned with Ossium’s launch and growth strategy • Engage with transplant center stakeholders including: • Allo-HCT physicians • Transplant coordinators • Hospital reimbursement and billing teams • Transplant program administrators • Pharmacy, finance, and contracting stakeholders • Lead onboarding the new transplant center accounts and oversee commercial contracting, serving as the primary point of contact for each center • Define and finalize field account team sizing and territory structure • Hire, train, and manage the Field Accounts team • Support education around reimbursement pathways, hospital billing considerations, and payer processes related to Ossium’s products • Partner with internal teams (Market Access, Medical Affairs, Commercial, Clinical Ops) to resolve access challenges and escalate issues as needed • Gather field insights on payer policies, hospital reimbursement dynamics, and site-level barriers and communicate learnings back to internal stakeholders • Support preparation for payer discussions, including coverage policies, case examples, and access materials

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 10+ years of experience in sales, market access, reimbursement, payer engagement, or related field-based roles
  • Strong understanding of U.S. healthcare reimbursement, particularly in hospital, inpatient, or specialty care settings
  • Experience working with academic medical centers or complex hospital systems
  • Experience supporting products sold directly to hospitals (e.g., devices, biologics, or transplant-related therapies)
  • Ability to operate independently in the field and manage a regional territory
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience managing a distributed field team
  • Willingness to travel regularly (up to 80%)
