Job Description

• Participate as the analyst for any new services or products, ensuring all aspects of the launch and support are successful and meet quality standards. • Ensure new services/products meet established expectations for quality of service and operational efficiency. • Own the mapping for all operational processes, ensuring they are kept up-to-date and accessible to all teams. • Evaluate key operational metrics, including efficiency and productivity reports, to identify areas of improvement and focus. • Assess and analyze operational workflows throughout all stages of our service delivery processes. • Identify areas where operational efficiency can be improved and recommend changes to enhance productivity and client satisfaction. • Conduct evaluations of operational losses to understand the reasons and analyze trends. • Track and analyze operational data to identify patterns and areas for improvement. • Prepare detailed reports on operational performance and loss evaluations, presenting findings to management. • Develop and implement action plans to address identified issues and improve operational efficiency and client retention. • Work closely with various departments to ensure a cohesive approach to operational improvement. • Establish and maintain a feedback loop with internal teams to continuously gather insights and improve processes.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Analytics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the insurance, financial services, PEO, or HR consulting industries
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Client-focused mindset with a passion for improving operational efficiency
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
