This position is remote; however, individual will be expected to do on-site visits at several provider offices.

The QM Coordinator will work very closely with the QM Manager identifying members in need of completing annual initiatives. The QM Coordinator will perform member outreach to support quality of care initiatives. The QM Coordinator will respond to telephone inquiries from members, providers and staff and assist with tracking.
